When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs.
All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.
Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. The first lot will close at 3:00pm with consecutive lots closing every few seconds so the last lots will close within a few hours. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.

Auction Terms - 13% Buyers Premium for all purchases under $1000. Invoices under $1000 will be charged to your credit card on file. You have the option to pay invoices over $1000 in CASH or certified funds for 10% buyers premium. A $500 deposit will be charged to you credit card at the close of the auction for invoices over $1000.
