Short auction ends Sunday 2-26-23 at 4:00pm CST. Estate of Mr. Jim Mize of Conway, AR. Jim was retired from insurance business and was a semi professional musician. His estate includes the entire contents of a smoke free, pet free home. Lawn mower, Maytag Centennial Washer and Dryer, Quality bedroom suites and Living room furniture, Bose stereo products, several TV's, nice Men's clothing mostly size large and 34 & 36 waist pants/jeans, 100's of CD's, Hard back books, Music related equipment, Big lego sets, some hunting and outdoors items but no firearms. Music equipment, Legos and High end Christmans decorations were added on Friday 2-24-23
Short 6 day online only Auction ends Sunday 2-26-23 at 4:00pm CST Pickup will be East of Conway in Saltillo community on Tuesday 2-28-23 from 12:00pm-7:00pm I will be available also on Monday the 27th and wednesday the 29th for buyers who are bringing a trailer and will need extra time for loading bedroom suites and other big items because we don't have a lot of parking. You will need to call me befor picking up on Monday or Wednesday. 10 % Buyers premium. No sales tax. We prefer you pay with cash or check to save us the credit card fee, but we will accept credit cards with no extra fee applied. The card you put on file with HiBid WILL NOT be charged at close of auction. You may decide at pickup to pay with cash, check or card. You can pay with card over the phone also. Items are sold as is, where is but we will allow you to test any items (especially electronics) before you pay and leave. Failure to pay will result in being blocked from bidding on future auctions.
