** BIDDING: **
1) All submitted bids are final and irrevocable.
2) Consign Online LLC reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual.
3) 10% handling fee, 3% credit card processing fee, 6% state sales tax (total of 19%), AND $.25 added to the final hammer price of each card.
** PAYMENT AND PICKUP: **
1) All cards on file are run after the auction ends.
2) Any cards on file that are declined, the buyer will be notified via email that their card was not successfully run. They will then have until 4 PM the following day to give us a call and let us know their payment plan. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your winnings to the next highest bidder.
3) Pickup times are as follows:
Monday: 10 AM - 6 PM
Thursday: 10 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 3 PM - 6PM
Saturday: 3 PM - 6 PM
If the times above don't work, you can call to schedule a special appointment pickup.
4) All cards must be picked up within 7 days after the end of the auction. All cards that are not picked up will be shipped out.
5) Any parts dimmed out from the scan are a metalic color/material that doesn't show up well in scanners.
6) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card.
7) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. This form can be found at: http://tax.idaho.gov/forms/EFO00149_09-30-2015.pdf
** RETURNS: **
1) All cards being sold are being sold on an "as is, where is". All cards scanned and photos are of the actual card so inspect for damages, centerness, scuffs, etc. as we will not be accepting returns.
**SHIPPING: **
1) Free shipping for orders of $40 drops the shipping label/stamp cost from the order, NOT the handling/material costs if it is being shipped with our safest shipping option toploading all the cards. Applys to orders of $40 BEFORE the handling costs and tax.
If order does not qualify for free shipping, then the cost of the label and insurance will be applied to the order.
2) All cards being shipped will be shipped as safely as possible as the default, safest shipping option. All shipping is done in-house. Downgrading to a more cost-effective but less protected shipping option is avaliable upon request.
DOWNGRADING TO A MORE COST-EFFECTIVE SHIPPING METHOD MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO END OF THE AUCTION. USE THE "MAKE A NOTE TO THE AUCTIONEER" PART OF THE REGISTRATION.
The shipping methods are as follows:
**Safest option (default):** All cards are penny sleeved, toploaded, and put into team bags. All team bags are put into a padded envelope, and shipped with USPS. $.50 is charged for each card to be shipped this way, covering time and materials. Shipping and insurance will be charged unless $40 worth of cards are purchased. THIS IS OUR DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD. WE WANT YOUR CARDS TO ARRIVE SAFELY, BUT ARE WILLING TO GO A MORE COST EFFECTIVE ROUTE IF COMMUNICATED AND CONSENT GIVEN PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION.
**Cost-effective option:** All cards are put into team bags, and all team bags are put into either padded envelopes or a PWE, depending on the customers request. PWE rates start at $1, and tracking starts at $5 plus insurance. Cards will not be top loaded, nor penny sleeved, even valuable cards. The cost is $.20 a card to cover the shipping prep labor. All cards sold will arrive as-is, and no returns/refunds will be accepted using this method for any reason. For cards shipped without tracking, we are not liable for any losses if they do not show up.
**Hybrid option:** You can pick which cards you want toploaded. The cost will be $1.00 per card due to the extra time to keep that organized. You must email the lot numbers you wish to protect prior to the end of the auction.
**In-Store Pickup:** No shipping charges are applied for in-store pickup. Cards are put in team bags and set aside for safety until they are picked up. Specific cards that need to be top-loaded are still $1.00 per card and must be communicated prior to the end of the auction.You must email the lot numbers you wish to protect prior to the end of the auction.
All you have to do is use the "Make a note to the auctioneer" when you are registering to bid and let us know if you want to downgrade to a cheaper shipping option. A note like, "Please do not top load the cards" or "Please ship as many cards in a PWE as possible.".
Returns:
1) We are not accepting returns for cards. All card sales are sold "as is, where is".
