Condition and Size of items: We have made our best effort to accurately and completely describe each item including any issues with condition. Statements or lack thereof do not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from imperfections. We make our best effort to provide accurate dimensions and descriptions on listed items. It is the buyer's responsibility to examine all photos and ask questions as needed prior to bidding.
Payment: Payment is made with the credit card on file at time of registration. We accept all major credit cards. Payment must be made before scheduled pick up or shipping. Credit cards are charged at the close of auction. ALL SALES FINAL, where is, as is, no warranties or charge backs.
Buyer's premium: Buyers will be charged a 13% buyer's premium.
Display stands and other items for disply are not included unless specified.
Shipping and Pick up: Local pick up is available at an agreed upon time at a location that will be provided to the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction. Items not picked up at the agreed upon time will be considered abandoned and disposed as we see fit. Buyer is responsible for packaging and loading of items picked up locally, please bring packing material if needed.
Shipping is available for small items at the buyer's expense. There is a handling fee of $6 per package for shipping. Buyers assume responsiblity for damage to delicate items that are shipped. Most items are shipped USPS flat rate. If necessary, alternative shipping is based on box size and weight. Winning bidders may contact us for shipping charges. Large items such as furniture will require local pick up.
Tax: NC Sales tax will be charged unless we are presented with a valid and current NC Sales Tax Resale Certificate at time of registration.
