1. This online-only Auction will begin to close at 6:00pm on Thursday March 2nd, lots will be closing every 30 seconds. Soft close will be applied to this auction, any bids made within the last 1 minute of closing will reset the bid clock by an additional 2 minutes after the last bid is placed.
2. Preview will be available by appointment only
3. Pickup will be held on Saturday March 4th from 9AM-2pm at 892 Imlertown Road, Bedford PA 15522, if you are unable to pick up on 3/04/2023 arrangements must be made before 3/03/2023. Bring your own help to load heavy items, and boxes if needed.
4. Property damage caused by the buyer will be at the buyers expense
5. S.D. Karns Auction Service reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our discrection
6. This Auction Has a 10% Buyers premium Applied to all purchases (Ex. Win an item for $100, the total purchase price is $110)
7. After Closing, invoices will be sent via email, payment is due at the time and date of pickup, no credit cards, cash or good check only.

10. Bad checks will be sent to the Magistrate.
11. All Sales are final, All items are sold "As-is, Where is" with all faults and no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the mechandise being sold. Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all risk of loss or damage passes to them
12. All pickups will be arranged to a set time at close due to a very narrow driveway and location.
13. S.D. Karns Auction Service, Spenser D. Karns, and the Fetter Family are NOT responsible for any accidents.
14. If you need help, bring help, there will be no support staff here to assist.
15. Abandoned items not paid in full, not picked up at the designated date and time on 03/04/2023 will be considered abandoned and may be offered for sale at a later auction or subject to other disposition. Such abandonment does not, however relieve the buyer or the buyers obligation to make payment in full, payments are non refundable, and ALL buyers will remain responsible for the full purchase price, when the lot is struck off.
16. FIREARMS ARE NOT ON PREMISES, FIREARMS ARE TO BY TRANSFERED AT FFL BY REQUEST OF THE FAMILY. FFL LOCATED AT 13153 DUNNINGS HIGHWAY, CLAYSBURG PA 16625, FIREARMS MUST BE PAID FOR AT DAY OF TRANSFER, AFTER PAYMENT THE TRANSFER WILL BEGIN, IF YOU FAIL THE FEDERAL/STATE BACKGROUND CHECK YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND FOR YOUR ATTEMPTED PURCHASE.
