By registering and/or bidding in a “Top Dog Auctions LLC” auction you acknowledge having read, fully understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this auction.
Before the Sale:
Prospective buyers are strongly advised to personally examine any property in which they are interested before the auction takes place. All lots are sold AS IS and without recourse and neither Top Dog Auctions LLC. nor its consignor(s) makes any warranties or representations, express or implied with respect to such lots. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
Preview will be held Friday March 17, 2023 from 3pm-6pm and on Saturday March 18th from 9am-1pm. All items will be sold “as is where is” with no physical warranties expressed or implied. Top Dog Auctions does our best to represent all items well by taking pictures, writing descriptions, noting defects, and providing as much information as possible to help ensure confidence in bidding. However, It is the buyer’s responsibility to come and inspect any items you wish to bid on, and Top Dog Auctions LLC is not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding the correctness the catalog. If you are unable to attend the inspection date please call Top Dog Auctions with any questions or concerns before bidding on any items. Top Dog Auctions is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of an item offered at auction.
Registration and Payment:
Top Dog Auctions LLC accepts cash, good checks, wire transfers, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards (a 4% convenience fee will be added to all purchases made with credit/debit cards). A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM will be added to the final sales price of all items sold at auction. The buyer's premium is subject to sales tax.
After the Sale:
Lots will begin closing Sunday night, March 19, 2023 at 5:00pm ET. This is an online only auction with a soft close format, any bid made in under a minute of a lot closing will automatically add another minute to the bid time on that lot. The next day March 20, 2023 will be used by Top Dog Auctions to send out invoices and communicate shipping and other details with buyers. Pickups will be help Tuesday March 21, 2023 at 1:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesday March 22nd from 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday March 25th by appointment only. The card on file will be run for any invoices not paid in full by the end of pickup on March 25, 2023 with a 4% CONVENIENCE FEE added to the purchase total. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOLLOWING BEING CHARGED! If you do not want your items being paid for by card you will need to have your items picked up by Saturday March 25th or make other arrangements by contacting Top Dog Auctions LLC before this time. (574-316-3133) There will be a 3 day grace period for items not picked up after the scheduled pickup on March 25, 2023. Any items that have still not been picked up at this time will receive a $10 per day charge and any items not picked up within 15 days of the final scheduled pickup date of March 25, 2023 will become property of Top Dog Auctions LLC. No refunds will be made if you do not pick up your items within this time.
Shipping is available on all items sold at auction. We will ship anything in the sale including lawn mowers via freight. Depending on how much is being shipped we will find the cheapest way to ship your items. Keep in mind if you buy enough the cheapest option might be freight even if you didn't buy a piece of equipment.
