"THE SOFT CLOSE" feature which means any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will auto extend bidding on that item or lot by 1 minute thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid.
**Before bidding be sure to have plenty of assistance at the designated time and location to remove your items. You are responsible to furnish all labor and packaging materials. Any damage to the property by your removal must be repaired by you or a licensed contractor.
** Any items remaining after the designated pick-up time and without communication from purchaser to schedule pick up time will be forfeited.
