SALES TAX: We are required by the State of Minnesota to charge sales tax of 7.375% on each item. You will be charged sales tax unless we have your tax exempt form on file.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers are encouraged to inspect item(s) before bidding. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Plain-View Online Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Plain-View Online Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Plain-View Online Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is, where is and that they may not return any item(s) they purchase. Plain-View Online Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Plain-View Online Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Plain-View Online Auctions is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Plain-View Online Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Plain-View Online Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction. Plain-View Online Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
INVOICES will be e-mailed at the close of the auction.
PAYMENT: Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, and all major Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. There is a 3.5% discount when paying by cash or check. Funds must be U.S. bankable funds and must be available before items are released. Make all money orders and checks payable to Plain-View Online Auctions. If paying by wire transfer, contact Plain-View Online Auctions for instructions.
PICKUP: If items are not picked up on pick-up day(s) and you have not contacted us to make other arrangements, the credit card on file will be charged. Please make sure it is current, valid, and can bear the weight of your purchases. We will agree to hold items for pickup for a maximum of 7 days. Longer storage must be pre-approved. Any items not picked up by bidder within 14 days of auction-end without prior contact will be re-listed and or sold by other means. A refund will not be issued for items not picked up.
SHIPPING: Shipping available on smaller, unbreakable items. Contact us with any questions of shippability. Please contact Plain-View Online Auctions within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction if you wish to have your items shipped. Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Shipping cost will be the actual cost plus a minimum $5 handling fee per package to help pay for materials & time. Insurance is provided with all shipments.
