By participating in this auction the bidder agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Page Realty and Auction does not give or make any warranty with regards to the lots being sold,
Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve
All sales are final with no returns or refunds
A 15% Buyers's Premium will be added to the higest bid of each lot to determine the final sale. 10% with cash or check
All firearms sold will be sold according the ATF regulations. Sales tax will apply
No ammo will be sold online
Must be 21 years of age and older to bid and pass a Background Check for Hand Guns
Must be 18 yrs of age and older to bid and pass a Background Check for Long Guns
An additional $10.00 fee is required for the Background Check to purchase firearms. Fee will be added to the wining bidder's invoice immediately following the conclusion of the auction. If winning bidder does not pass a Tennessee Background Check, the winning bidder forfeits firearms and payment. The weapon(s) will be placed on hold and bidder can file an appeal.
Alll out of state purchases must be shipped/transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the state they have residency in- no exceptions. A copy of the FFL license must be emailed to tkpage@frontiernet.net
Shipping will be charged after items are boxed and ready to ship and shipping quote has been received by Page Realty and Auction
All shipping and handling charges will be charged to the credit card on file separate to the charge for the firearm purchase.
Page Realty and Auction is providing internet bidding as a service to the bidder. The bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day the auction ends. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Page Realty and Auction or anyone else if the internet service does not work correctly during the online auction.
