All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warrenty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. Buyer is responsible for loading there own purchases. They must bring there own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file with HiBid. We do not accept any other forms of payment. All pricing is in USD. Buyer will be charged a 10 percent buyers premium, 5.3 percent sales tax and a 3 percent credit processing fee for the total of 18.3 percent.
Shipping will be offered for all lots on this auction. Shipping will take place as quickly as C2 Management can get to the items no longer that 7 days past the payment of the item. If you plan on having items shipped out you must make C2 Management aware prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for payment on shipping quote prior to shipping. Handling Fee will be included in the shipping cost.
