Auction Terms & Conditions Please pay attention to the announcements!?All sales are final. Payments: All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Credit Cards will be processed the day of the auction for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. Be sure to have adequate funds in your account. We accept Discover, Visa & MasterCard. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. $1,000 Maximum charge to credit card. Any balance above $1,000 will require payment by cash, wire transfer or cashiers check. Items will be held until the wire transfer or cashiers check has been cleared and verified. BP: There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the high bid to determine the selling price. Tax/Exemptions: State sales tax will be added to the selling price. To receive exemption, dealers and retailers must have filled out and submitted the exemption forms before the close of auction regarding pickup/removal of your items.?Please note that South Carolina does not require sale tax on old coins, currency or bullion.Bidding:?Bidders are held personally liable for any bids made with their Bidding Number. Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in York County, SC. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $100 fee imposed. Nonpayment will result in legal recourse and you will be banned from future auctions.Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume all responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the day following the close of the Auction during specified times, by appointment. The designated pick up time will be posted under "Dates" on our website. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials and manpower to remove his or her items. For large or heavy items, recommend hiring professional movers. Items that have not been picked up within 48 hours following Auction will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given, and Items can/will be re-sold at a later auction or disposed of, in some cases items will be shipped at the buyers expense. Shipping: Williams Auction and Estate Services can arrange packing and shipping at the buyer's expense. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for paying postage, materials, and handling fee's when applicable. Typically, items will be shipped within 2-5business days from sale. Bidder may be required to verify information on high value shipments. Any purchases over $500 will require a certified check or bank wire to ship. Keep in mind large or breakable items will be more costly to ship. Furniture will be arranged at buyer's discretion, we do not make freight arrangements, or provide movers. We will send items in the most efficient and cost effective way. document the contents of each package. If I have missed an item in your shipment my documentation will show that. Please notify me within 2 business days of receiving the package if you think something is not included. DO NOT discard the original shipping box and packaging if you think something is missing or damaged. ALSO NOTE: Russell Williams/Williams Auction and Estate Services is not responsible for items or packages lost, stolen or damaged after The United States Postal Service has taken possession of item/package. Buyer will be responsible for filing claims and/or inquiries with the post office. Items will have to safely fit in any of the USPS flat rate shipping boxes.Internet Outages: We are not responsible for Internet nor platform outages during an online Auction. If there is a platform outage during the close of an Auction, we reserve the right to no-sell the items affected during outage and offer for resale at a later date. Agency, Indemnity & Jurisdiction: Williams Auction and Estate Services and parties employedby or associated with, will be acting solely as a representative of the Seller. The Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for any claim or actions based on or arising out of injuries, death, damage, loss of property, sustained or alleged to have been sustained by Buyer, its agent, principals, associates, friends, family and/or employees, in connection with or to have arisen out of or incidental to the auction including but not limited to the performance of this contract. Regardless of whether such claims or actions are founded whole or in part upon alleged negligence or negligent misrepresentation of Seller, Auctioneer, or the employees, agents, invitees, or licensees thereof, Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, Auctioneer, and their representatives, and the employees, agents, invitees and licensees thereof in respect of any such matters and agrees to defend any claim or suit oraction brought against Seller, Auctioneer, and their representatives, and the employees, agents, invitees and licensees thereof. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All statements made prior to the sale of any item take precedence over written material and any prior statements. The auction company is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions. This Agreement and all documents and instruments referred to herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes between the Seller and Purchaser regarding this Agreement willbe decided exclusively by a Court based in York County, South Carolina. Online Bidding Tips: Bidding Style is Staggered & Soft Close: Each lot will close 15 Seconds after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 7 PM and continue until the final lot has closed. If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time willbe extended by one minute each time. **** If you are bidding at the close of the Auction, please make sure to select "LIVE CATALOG VIEW" to view the auction in real time, otherwise you may need to manually refresh your computer screen. I recommend being signed into the Auction at least 10?minutes prior to closing if you wish to bid during auction closing. ***You may also enter your "Maximum Bid" to have the computer bid on your behalf up to a set amount.

***Some items will be availble for shipping as long as ity can fit in any USPS Priorty, flat rate shipping boxes with signature confirmation. There will be a $2 per item packing and handling fee per item for any item shipped*** Any item that needs a bigger box to ship will be charged a $12 per item handling fee to cover the cost of going to buy a box to ship.If any questions about what can be shipped pleae contact me before auction closes. ***Some will have to be picked up at the location in Rock Hill.*** Address of location will be announced evening before preview day or the address will be on your invoice. You will need to bring your own boxes and packing materials and bring your own help to load any of the big and heavy items. 15% buyers premium and state sales taxes will be charged will be added to the hammer price, and any shipping and handling charges if an item is eligible for shipping. **PLEASE NOTE: parking is extremley limited and only 3 vehicles in the driveway at a time. It would be best and strongly advised to contact me by phone or email to schedule an appointment for viewing and pick up. If there are more than 3 vehicles in the driveway, you will have to go down to the store parking lot and call me to let me know youre waiting, and I can let you know when to come back.
