All Sales are Final!! Warranties or Guarantees are neither expressed or implied on any items. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. Absolutely NO returns! ~ Items must be paid for before leaving the building! ~ Cards on file WILL be charged if items are not picked up during specified time period. ~ Items not picked up during specified time period will be property of Cedar Valley Iowa Realty & Auction Co. ~ Shipping is available on smaller items upon request. We charge a $5 handling fee per box + cost of shipping through UPS or USPS. ~ Buyers outside the U.S. must arrange for their own shipping! ~A 12% in house buyer's premium will be applied to final sale, NOT to exceed $500.00 per lot. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card transactions. ~ Payment will be cash, good check or Paypal. A $30 Return check fee plus collection fee will be applied to all bad checks. ~ Once the auctioneer declares an item sold , responsibility for that item lies with the buyer! ~ Any items left after scheduled pick up times will be forfeited. ~Cedar Valley Iowa Realty & Auction Co. does NOT restrict it's employees or officers from participating in the auctions. ~Announcements at the time of sale take precedent. ~ Auctioneer has the right to refuse or accept any & all opening bids. ~ All items purchased must be picked up the day of the auction or alternate arrangements may be made. We CAN NOT store your items for you!! You may be required to show your paid in full receipt upon removal of auction items after the auction day. ~ There are 15 security cameras in place inside & outside of this facility.
