On the day of the sale, purchases must be paid in
full by CASH, WIRE TRANSFER, VISA, Mastercard, Cashiers Check or
Certified Check payable to VAIL INTERNATIONAL INC.
and a $25.00 fee per wire transfer.
No equipment is to be removed until complete settlement
is made. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse issuing
a bidding card. Auctioneers make no guarantee or
warranties expressed or implied, of any kind. This
brochure is only a guide-please inspect equipment.
NOTICE
All buyers who are residents or companies located in the state
of Texas or any other state may be charged sales
tax on all items in this sale. Only verifiable dealers or
manufacturers which qualify under State Guidelines of
the Department of Revenue of Texas will be exempt
from applicable sales tax.
Although information has been obtained from sources
deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or
guarantee, express or implied, as to the contents. It is
for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the
opportunity to make inspections prior to sale. All items
offered for sale shall be sold "as is" "where is" with all its
faults.

All Persons Attending This Auction Sale:

1. Must register at the sale office.
2. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
3. Must have a picture ID (Driver's License).
5. Must (if buying for a company or organization, etc.) have proof of US
owned company or organization.
6. Must pay in full day of sale by cash, VISA, Mastercard to assure full
payment the day of the sale.
Agents: Must register at the office with written approval
assigning them as agents to buy in their behalf up to a
dollar amount and be signed by an authorized signature.
The citizen, organization or company must send a letter
of guarantee of funds and follow all other sale conditions
and Export Law Assurances as stated in any conditions
governing this sale. They must include an address
(letterhead) phone number for daytime and after hours
that this person or other acting officials may be reached.
There must be proof that they are a US company,
organization or citizen.
Auction starts at 11 AM Central and will continue until all lots are sold.
