All parties agree that any lawsuits/legal disputes in Kentucky are under the jurisdiction of the Clinton County, Ky Courts and must be filed in Clinton County, Ky.
-- International Bidders are required to place a "bid" deposit prior to bidding. If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price.
