This auction catalog will begin its soft close at 7PM EST Monday January 16th with a three minute soft close. Invoices for winning bidders will be sent out on Tuesday January 17th by 11am. Payable no later than Wednesday January 178th at 11am.

----- Late Payment Penalty Fee
Upon the failure of Buyer/Bidder to pay in full by their invoice deadline, a late payment penalty of fifteen Canadian dollars plus tax ($15.00 CAD+ tax) (the "Late Payment Amount") shall immediately be applied to their invoice and must be paid by the Buyer/Bidder to R&T Auctions prior to receiving any product.

Please remember that by default, items from our online auctions are to be picked up from our second location at 6934 Kinsmen Court in Niagara Falls unless otherwise noted. Pickups will become available after noon (12pm) on
Tuesday January 17th at noon until 430 pm through Sat Jan 21st at 430 pm
Arrangements must be agreed by company to not be deemed abandoned past this date.
Interested in seeing an item from this auction in-person? Sure! Just come down to our Kinsmen Court location and let us know the Lot # and which auction the item is, and we'll get you set up for in-person viewing. It's just that easy :)
Please note that we always send out invoices to winning bidders the morning after an auction closes. If you do not receive your invoice by 11am EST the day after this auction closes, please check your Spam / Junk mail folders, and if it is still missing, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT US at 1-833-782-7653 so we can send a new copy.
R&T Auctions DOES NOT AUTO-BILL, we do not keep your credit card on file, nor do we subscribe to HiBid's payment system. More information about this is later on in this description, as well as in our Terms & Conditions.
We accept Mastercard and Visa over the phone (Toll-Free: 1-833-782-7653). Our Canadian customers can also pay over the phone, via eTransfer, and we accept cash, debit, Mastercard and Visa in-person.
Do we ship? Absolutely! We ship orders all over the world! For shipping, one MUST PAY FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE first. Then, once the original purchase invoice is paid, we'll wrap, package and measure/weigh it up and send you a shipping invoice which will include the actual shipping charge, as well as our handling fees.
