This auction consists of several different estates. Most of the furniture is from the home of a former UT professor who only bought quality! We are also continuing to liquidate the massive coin and knife collection. We are also relisting the gorgeous apothecary cabinet from a previous auction as well as the Erte sculpture.
All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. Descriptions and pictures are to the best of our abilities. Preview will be Friday 1/13 from 9-3. By bidding you signify that you have inspected or chosen to forego inspection. Encore Estate Solutions reserves the right to reject a bid solely at our discretion. We accept cash and credit cards with no surcharge for cards. Buyer's premium is 15%. Pickup is Saturday January 14th from 9-1. No shipping for this auction. If you absolutely, positively have to have shipping, only on coins and knives, there will be a $25.00 handling fee plus shipping costs.
