It is the bidder's responsiblity to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. Lilly's Antiques and Collectables LLC strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not inmply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS & BOXES and HELP FOR LOADING. We do not provide these items. We do not pack or ship items. All items must be picked up at Lilly's Antiques and Collectable's warehouse during the stated date and hours of pick up for a particular auction. If you are not able to pick up your items during this stated time, you will need to make arrangements prior to the day of pick up and will be at the sole discretion of the Lilly's Antiques and Collectables staff. Lilly's Antiques and Collectables reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has the right to settle all bidding disputes. Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls the item sold. Lilly's Antiques and Collectables holds no liability for any item after it has been called sold and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer and Lilly's Antiques and Collectables is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If the buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, the buyer agrees to hold Lilly's Antiques and Collectables harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy if it is available. 18% Buyers Premium is charged to all online bidders. All online purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover. If you are wanting to pay with cash or approved certified check, Lilly's must be notified in writing by 6pm prior to the start of the live catalogue of the auction. Exact amount in cash must be presented to pick up items if cash is being paid. If not, your card WILL BE RUN at the close of auction. Any wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. All sales are subject to NC Sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us prior to bidding. AUCTION PICK UP: WILL BE MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 2023 from 9am - 3pm. If you cannot pick up on that date or between that time, YOU MUST arrange another pick up with Lilly's Antiques and Collectables, LLC. PRIOR TO the stated pick up date or your items will be considered forfieted. Shipping can be arranged for small items. Shipping & handling charges will be applied and charged following the auction.
