We take great pride in photographing the auction items and describing the items to the best of our abilities. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Not all common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine overall condition before bidding on an item by live preview, looking at photographs, reading descriptions or request of condition reports.
We will ship most items, lots will be noted as “shipping available” if the lot is shippable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and cost associated with shipping. Shipping invoices must be paid prior to shipping. Shipping invoices not paid within 10 days of invoice being sent items will be considered abandoned and donated or resold to cover cost of storage.
Shipping invoices will be sent within 10 days after auction closing.
You must be able to load and remove items you win in the auction on the specified auction pickup date and time. If you have any questions regarding auction items or pickup/shipping please email us prior to bidding.
BUYERS FEES: The price paid by Online Bidder is the sum of;?(a) Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),?(b) A buyers premium of 18% of the hammer price per lot(c) All applicable sales tax. Buyer understands and agrees that the 18% per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, if you have tax exemption you must provide your tax exemption number.
The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed.
