This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 5:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid, it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for that lot until there is no more bidding. 3. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, by lot and all bids are per lot as numbered in the online catalog. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and WINNING BIDDERS MAY NOT RETURN ANY ITEM THEY PURCHASE. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. If winning bidder has not responded to our outreach to schedule pick up of the items won withing 72 hours of the close of the auction, the items revert back to Orwig Auction and Event Center.
