Online Estate Auction of Farmall Tractors for the Tillet "Til" Haaland Estate of Osage, Iowa.
Terms of the sale are cash, good local check, wire transfer or (credit card w/4% surcharge) There is a 10% buyers premium. PIckup on date stated in details unless given prior authorization. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Payment must clear before equipment can be removed. Pick Up At: Friday November 11th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm at the Haaland Farm located 4 miles North of Osage, Iowa on Highway US 218. We have loaders to assist with loading on the date listed only. If buyers need large equipment hauled we can assist by contacting local haulers.
