Tract sells as 245 Acres M/L times the final bid per acre to establish purchase price. (245 Acres X final bid)=TOTAL. The successful bidder will be required to sign a purchase contract and place 10% down in escrow with Security 1st Title the day of auction. Balance due the day of closing. Closing shall be held on or before November 14, 2022. Real Estate Taxes shall be prorated to the date of closing. Taxes for 2021 for Tract 1 were $2,855.98. Title Insurance and Escrow Closing Fees will be shared 50% Buyer and 50% Seller. All Sellers mineral rights go with the sale of the land. Sells subject to current tenant's rights.
