Whitetail Trophy Buck Auction
Trophy Auction Terms 25% down day of auction. Balance and pickup in 60 days unless otherwise noted. Seller must guarantee bucks to be in good health and to meet guaranteed scores when loaded, up to 30 days after auction. Any bucks left after 60 days will be buyer’s liability. Seller is responsible for loading bucks onto buyer’s trailer. Any bucks left after 60 days can be resold with no refund to buyer unless buyer has made arrangements beyond 60 days. Online Buyers For Online Bidding go to www.buckeyewhitetailauctions.com, go to upcoming events page, click on online bidding. If this is your first time using this new system you will need to set up a user name and password to bid. Registering is very easy and takes approximately 2 minutes. Invoices for online bidders will be emailed to email address you registered under. Any announcements made day of sale will preside over any printed matter.

Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard accepted. 5% buyer’s premium on all purchases, will be waived if paid by cash or check. Invoices for online bidders will be emailed to email address you registered under. Unless prior arrangements have been made any lots purchased online will be charged to your credit card at end of auction. All invoices not paid 5 days after auction will be charged a 10% late fee.
Buyer is responsible for picking up all deer purchased at seller's location. All deer must be picked up within 60 days unless prior arrangements are made with sellers.
