All equipment is in place, but not secured to walls/floor so that you may easily reconfigure the layout to best suit your needs and menu. Also, we noticed the roof does leak, so you will need to pour sealant or other patch method to fix. Gas propane manifold is in place, but you will need a propane tank & connector. Electrical is set up to plug in a generator, or shore power. The 3-compartment sink is included, but not installed. The hand sink is self contained with fresh tank/grey water tank/pump/heater, and is on wheels so when you set up you can wheel it outside or anywhere you like so it's not in the way of your operation. Rear door has a hole cut for a window-unit style air conditioner - the air conditioner is not present. Also comes with a 300 gallon food-grade IBC portable fresh water resevoir which is removable if you don't need it. Trailer pulled nicely when we pulled it with our F250 from Dickson, Tennessee. However we recommend a safety inspection before pulling it since it's been sitting for about a year. Tires are like new... we put all new tires on it before pulling it up here from Tennessee, and we also had the wheel bearing greased just to be on the safe side. The concession trailer was used by the government (City Of Dickson Parks & Recreation), so they didn't have title. We were told it was a United Expressline trailer, year 2000, but the VIN isn't legible. So we had the trailer inspected by the State Police, then had a new VIN issued by the DMV, a new VIN plate from the DMV, and a clean and clear title. The title is in our hand and ready to be signed over to you. The trailer has spent it's life in Dickson, Tennessee (Nashville area), and was used by the city parks & recreation department during fairs and events. More information, and detailed pictures will be posted soon. In person inspection and preview is scheduled for Saturday, September 24th from 1pm to 4pm in Winchester, VA (exact addres to be posted prior to preview). If you can't make it to the preview/inspection day, another day can be scheduled to accomodate you... just give us a call. Don't forget about our other auction, the September Restaurant Equipment Auction in Chantilly, VA which is also ending today. We'll be happy to deliver any equipment you purchase at that auction to the concession trailer for you, free of charge. Payment must be in the form of a wire transfer, local bank cashier's check (bank must be in Winchester, VA), or cash at pick up. Payment must be received within 5 business days from close of auction. If paying with cashier's check, we must meet at the bank for check verification, once the check is verified we will sign over the title to you and release the trailer. The trailer is stored in a commercial storage facility, and you are welcome to take over the month-to-month fees, giving you as much time as you need to pick it up. Shipping is not available for this auction. You must pick it up in person. The pick up truck in the picture does not come with the trailer... the truck is not for sale.
