10% Buyers Premium applicable on all purchases. All payments are to be made in USD. All invoices will be paid via the Credit Card on File starting at completion of auction on Sunday, March 13th, 2022. If you wish to pay cash or check, YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE or MAKE NOTE DURING REGISTRATION process, to notify our staff to not process your credit card. For any item over $1000, a cashiers check w/ bank letter of proof of funds, wire transfer, or cash is required at pick up unless previously approved by auctioneer.

Inspection Day: Friday, March 4, 2022 from 12 pm tp 5 pm
Pick up day Monday, March 13th, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legal binding contract. Bidding is "ebay style", the highest bid wins.

Bidding errors: Please be mindful when bidding, pay attention to where and how much you are bidding on interested items. If you do make a mistake, typo, or put your bidder number in the bid area, please contact us immediately by phone, email, or the online form. After the auction has closed, no changes or reversing of bids will be done.
Auction Closing: After the auction closes you will receive an unpaid email invoice only if you had the winning bid. When you arrive for pick up, you will receive your Paid Invoice after you sign your credit card receipt. Please check your spam and deleted files as sometimes emails can be sent to these folders.
Pick up: Items must be picked up on Monday, March 13th, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 58 Tennessee Ave, Parsons, TN 38363, unless other arrangements are made in advance. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or applied. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won.
Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers, and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full.
Failure to Pick-Up Items:All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises at the designated times. IF YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP ANY ITEMS on the days that have been scheduled or fail to make other arrangements YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE FORFEITED THE ITEMS AND TITLE WILL REVERT TO United Country Richardson Real Estate & Auction, Inc. How the Auction closes: Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 1 lot per 30 seconds. If an item receives a bid within 3 minutes of ending the item will be extended 3 additional minutes. Please remember to hit the refresh button to know the time remaining on any items and current price; you can also hit the review bids button to view the bids you have made.
Please Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, please be sure that you want and get the item(s) on which you bid because ALL bids are final. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use please bid accordingly and PLEASE PREVIEW ALL ITEMS WHEN IN DOUBT.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. Split or combined lots. Add minimum bids or reserve prices. Cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event. Make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
Small items only: All shipping arrangements will be handled by Richardson Real Estate & Auction, Inc. Shipping services will be available for smaller items at buyer's expense for actual shipping costs and handling. Shipping & Handling Fees will be billed separately with card on file. Once paid, Richardson Real Estate & Auction, Inc will usually ship within 72 business Hours. IMPORTANT- You may combine shipping.
