Lead Rare 19" IZANNAH WALKER oil painted cloth doll
Description
Rare highly desirable 19" IZANNAH WALKER oil painted cloth doll, ca. 1850's-1860's. She has a fantastic early look combined with double curls in front of her molded ears, It is thought she retains her original paint, (some crazing on her face and shoulders). The doll is jointed at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Hers antique clothing appears to be original (water marks on her dress and slip, leather shoes show some wear). Buyer's note : The doll has not been fully undressed due to resistance from body. (There will be a low reserve set on this doll)

Pick up for this auction will be on auction day October 8, 2021.
