Description
If all is working correctly: All invoicing from Hi-Bid will be out the day after the auction by 1 pm. If you need shipping, reply SHIP to the Hi-Bid invoice. We DO NOT use YOUR CARD on FILE. You must pay cash or credit card on pick up NO CHECKS!!! We assume all Out of State bidders will need shipping. You will receive an invoice (which will include the shipping and handling) along with a Square Request for payment by Friday, October 15th at noon. If you are in state and need shipping please reply SHIP to your Hi-Bid invoice OR Text 402-469-3834 with your name and the word SHIP. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours with Shipping and Handling along with a Square Request for payment. PLEASE BE PATIENT: If there are computer issues and you have not received your invoice by Friday (noon) after the auction please text or call 402-469-3834 with your name and the word invoice. IF WE ARE HAVING COMPUTER ISSUES, Speed of invoicing will be based on the number of winning bidders for this auction. All invoicing will be as follows the day after the auction: In town pickups will have their invoice by 3 pm. Out of state bidders should have their invoice by Friday noon with shipping included. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or Cash (USD) on pick up only.   NO CHECKS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you provide a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction or on pick up.   Out of state buyers will not be charged sales tax (only if items are being shipped).  Out of state buyers are responsible for following your own states laws regarding taxes.  If picking up your items, you must bring a completed State of Nebraska resale form, otherwise 7% tax will be charged no matter where you are from.    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
READ LOT 1c for pick up information. SHIPPING: WE DO OUR SHIPPING IN HOUSE!! We try our best to save you money anywhere that we can on shipping. We charge only actual shipping and cost of actual supplies used to wrap your package. If you are needing to have your items shipped: AFTER receiving your invoice, please email (jsiauctions@yahoo.com) or text/call 402-469-3834. Your invoice will have information on shipping.  There will be an additional $1.00 to $15.00 per box for bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. There will also be a charge of $2.50 to $5.00 per box that I have to purchase to make your items fit in a box that I do not have available. Insurance is automatically added to any and all packages valued over $50.00 or FIRST CLASS PACKAGES valued over $15.00 at a cost of 50 cents per $100.00.  You will be charged for signature confirmation for any package valued over $250.00 "required by the insurance company" (which will be added to the shipping charges). WE WILL NOT ALLOW OTHER CARRIERS TO PICK UP ITEMS THAT WE HAVE TO WRAP. YOU CAN HOWEVER, PAY ANOTHER CARRIER TO PICK UP AND WRAP AND SHIP FOR YOU (only after the items are paid for).
