PICKUP TERMS: Items picked up in the box are subject to the same terms and conditions as items on the floor. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. It is the buyer's responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. Final loading is ALWAYS the responsibility of the buyer. The auction company cannot be responsible for items after they leave the facility. CURBSIDE DELIVERY: If you choose to have your auction items delivered, please contact us for a finalized quote as well as available delivery times. Delivery pricing is 12.5% of your bid price + $2 per mile. Exclusions apply.
FACTORY DIRECT INTERSTATE X-PRESS: Items with lot numbers 1000+ are all sold under the Xpress terms. Items must be paid in full before the factory direct shipping is confirmed. Shipping to our warehouse is estimated to be 14-21 days to our warehouse.
Please note that while we strive to ensure prompt and timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive within 14-21 days. The 14-21-day timeframe is an estimate that typically applies to the majority of our items. However, certain circumstances beyond our control may result in unforeseen delays. There will be a 14-day grace period for all Xpress items. In the rare event that your item(s) do not arrive within 45 days from the time of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. It's important to understand that delivery availability is not guaranteed. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering an item to your desired location, you will be required to arrange for pickup at our warehouse.
Our delivery service is curbside, meaning that items will be placed outside your home or in an enclosed garage area. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to enter your home or assemble items that require assembly. Before our driver leaves the premises, we kindly request that you inspect the delivered items for any damages. Exclusions apply, and delivery terms are subject to change. Please keep in mind that as a standard practice, there are certain delivery disclaimers and indemnifications that apply. These include but may not be limited to situations where damages occur during transport, inclement weather conditions, or unanticipated events that may affect the delivery process.
An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepancy in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of those reserves. At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is concluded and a full accounting is done.
The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.
On rare occasions, an item may be sold that is no longer in inventory. This can happen due to a clerical error, damaged item, or shortage from our suppliers. In the event that an item is purchased that is no longer in inventory, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the item, plus any auction fees or taxes.
