Albert & Melba Woodrum Estate, lots of very nice rare and unusual items. They collected for years and there is a lot of nice items in this sale including, furniture, antique bottles, small cast iron cook stove, dishes, lamps, collectibles, toys, school books, magazines, primitive items, cast iron skillets and other items.
The following are the terms that bidders and consignors agree to before bidding in the online auction. All agree these will be the terms of the online auction. All Sales are final! Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exhanges, adjustments, etc will be allowed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, source, condition of suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. 10% Buyers Premium All items must be picked up on Friday November 15, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. You will be charged if items are not picked up and items will become property of Morrow Auction Service. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE UNLESS YOU DON'T PICKUP! Address will be disclosed in email when invoices are sent out. ITEM REMOVAL on Friday November 15, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM., NO EXCEPTIONS & Buyer MUST bring own labor for removing large items, limited auction staff will be available. No other pickup dates available for this sale! All property is sold in "AS-IS" and "Where IS" condition. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, approved check or Credit card with 4% fee.

Items must be paid when picking up, if they are not then those items will be charged to the credit card on file and become property of Morrow Auction Service.
Pickup will be on Friday November 15, 2024 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM and payment will be required when picking up. If you do not pickup your items and pay we will charge the card on file and the items will remain property of Morrow Auction Service. Items marked with shipping symbol can be shipped and buyer will need to pay for shipping before the items are shipped. Can be shipped USPS to anyone in the US. No itmes will be shipped out of the country.
