Remember to refresh your page during bidding, especially in the closing minutes of bidding. Please bid from the live catalog and not your watch list, the watch list isn't in real time. Auction has a soft close, the lot will not officially close untill all bidding has ceased. Shipping is not provided by Cornerstone Realty and Auction. If shipping is required, winning bidder must notify Cornerstone Realty and Auction by phone at 937-469-6868 or email at auctions@cornerstonerealtyandauction.com no later than 10am on 09/19/2024. The Mailroom will pick all items needing shipped, after they are paid for in full,after the auction pickup day is over. All shipping arrangments are the sole responsiblilty of the buyer. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid. A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, boxes etc for the removal of items from the property.
