The Mailroom will pick up all items needing shipped, after they are paid for in full,after the auction pickup day is over. All shipping arrangments are the sole responsiblilty of the buyer. For questions on shipping of larger items please call 937-469-6868. 3.00 per lot handling fee for each item being shipped. A 15% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid. A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, boxes etc for the removal of items from the property.
