Pickup: Monday,September 30th pm cst through Weds, Oct. 2nd cst. by appointment only through Shipping Saint. 10% Buyer's Premium to be added to winning bid.. All payments shall be by wire transfer, cashier's check, cash, company check with bank letter of guaranteed funds, or credit card with 5% service fee and completed credit card authorization form. A 6% Kentucky state sales tax will be charged unless a proper tax exemption form is provided to Herron Auction and Realty. All sales are final. No refunds. Removal and pickup of items are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be completed by the pickup date. Professional rigger service, at the expense of the buyer, is required for removal on all heavy attached equipment whether bolted or electrical. All heavy rigging will require a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 naming Herron Auction and Realty as the insured. All other items may be removed at your own risk. Herron Auction and Realty will not provide personnel, assistance, tools, or equipment for removal. Bring your own labor crews, tools, equipment, and safety gear required for removal. Pickup appointments are mandatory. Buyers will receive an email from shipping saint on September 26th following the auction to select a pickup time slot.
