TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are the terms that buyers and bidders agree to before bidding in the online auction. Seller agrees with the terms as well.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to the winning bid, however the trucks and flatbed trailers will only be charged 10%. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will be the sales price.
TAX: There will be Kentucky state sales tax of 6% charged on every purchase unless an exemption is provided at payment time.
PICK UP: Purchased items will be available for pickup on Friday, September 15 from 10:00 to 2:00, Saturday, September 16 from 10:00 to 2:00 and Sunday September 17 from 1:00 to 3:00. Pick up location will be 205 Joe B. Hall Ave. S in Shepherdsville, KY right behind the Waffle House. Shipping is available only on the SMALLER ITEMS at the buyer's expense. If you cannot retrieve your items on the appointed days and need to reschedule, you will be charged a minimum late pick up fee of $25.00. You can always have someone else pick your items up and we will charge your credit card on file. Any items remaining after the designated time of pick up will be considered abandoned and your card will be charged accordingly.
WIGGINTON ROMINE AUCTIONEERS ALONG WITH THE OWNER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF ANY ACCIDENTS OCCUR ON SAID PREMISES ON PICK UP DAYS.
PAYMENT: Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier’s check, personal/business check and credit card with a 3.5% surcharge. Payment must be made at the auction site upon pickup. All items and merchandise must be picked up no later than the specified time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exchanges, adjustments or chargebacks will be allowed. All description information has been gathered from sources that we believe to be reliable but are not guaranteed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source or suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify or delete any item in the auction if deemed necessary.
NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A PAID RECEIPT: All purchased items must be removed by the deadline specified above. Any items not removed by the deadline will be retained by the sellers. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items should they fail to pick them up during the stated time.
Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in prosecution and bidding privileges suspended by auction company. Any item NOT picked up and/or paid for by the close of the removal period will be considered abandoned property and will remain in the possession of the sellers.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Wigginton Romine Auctioneers reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR WIGGINTON ROMINE AUCTIONEERS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Wigginton Romine Auctioneers.
