Auction company will have a 85hp Tractor w/ Loader and a 65hp Skid Steer on site to assist buyers with loading, heavy items. SHIPPING: We will load shipping that you have arranged. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10%, 4% Deducted for Cash or Equivalent ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover E-Checks or ACH Transfers Personal or Business Checks with Auction House Approval Cash Bank Wire SALES TAX: 8% Sales Tax, Where Applicable TITLES: Will be mailed 10-14 business days after the auction has concluded. In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to charge the Credit Card on file or sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Barnyard Auctions LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Barnyard Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR BARNYARD AUCTIONS LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
