I do have to charge 5% to help cover the credit card processing and HiBid fees. HiBid takes 2% of the gross proceeds + some other fees and Helcim charges credit card processing fees. 5% won’t cover it all but it at least helps cover some of the costs.
Fast inexpensive shipping. I will ship all items within 48 hours of funds clearing. All items will likely be shipped UPS, USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail. I use Pirate Ship and get discounted rates which will be passed onto you. All shipments will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. So if my cost is $6.46 to ship, that will be rounded to $7.00 which helps cover packaging costs.
Shipping insurance will be added to all totals over the standard $100 coverage. I can’t control UPS/USPS negligence so this protects you & I. If you wish to wave this, email me immediately after the auction ends saying you decline the insurance and are willing to bear the risk of a damaged/loss shipment.
No terms like AS-IS. When you receive your coins, within 48 hours, if you feel like I didn’t represent them fairly in the pictures and description, then email me at:

I will accept returns. You are responsible for the shipping expense of sending them back to me. Once I receive them and confirm they are in the same condition as sold, I will refund your money (not original shipping cost since you likely purchased more than just that one item). I’m not here to take advantage of anyone and if you aren’t pleased with your purchase I will make it right. This isn’t a job for me, just a hobby to have fun with.
There is one caveat. All returns are solely at my discretion. Rules like this are in place not because of the majority of honest people out there, they are necessary for the few bad apples. If you buy 20 lots and say 2 lots aren’t what you expected, no problem, send ‘em back to me. If you buy 20 lots and say 8 aren’t what you expected, tough luck! There is no way my pictures and descriptions were so bad to justify this. I will be honest and fair with you and I expect the same in return. If you want to play a silly game of buying every lot and sending them all back because I said I accept returns then be prepared to keep them.
I am not a certified grader and won’t assign grades or values to any coin, you decide for yourself. I will state things like uncirculated or mint state but not assign any grades.
