All items must be picked up Friday 11-15-2024 between 12:00 noon and 5:00pm CST or Sunday 11-17-2024 from 12 noon to 4:00pm CST BRING INVOICE FOR LOAD-OUT Any items not picked up by 4:00pm CST on November 17th 2024 will be considered forfeited or may be subject to a storage fee of up to $5 per day per lot item, Items are being sold as-is where-is in present exsisting condition, no warranties or gaurantees. Buyer is responsible for their inspections prior to bidding. There is a 15% Buyers premium added to all purchased items Upon close of sale all buyers will be invoiced and all credit cards on file at time of registering will be charged for purchases unless we are notified that you will pay exact change cash or good check payable to Eberhardt Inc. at pickup after receiving your invoice.
