PAYMENT INFO: WE WILL DEBIT THE CREDIT CARD YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH HIBID WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES. ALL WINNING BIDDERS 100 MILES OUTSIDE OF ELLIS KANSAS WILL HAVE THEIR ITEMS MAILED OUT USPS OR UPS UNLESS WINNING BIDDERS CONTACTS PREMIER AUCTION COMPANY THEY ARE DOING LOCAL PICKUP.
Premier Auction Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SHIPPED THAT ARE BROKEN, DAMAGED, STOLEN OR LOSS. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. Premier Auction Company WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON BROKEN MERCHANDISE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER ON YOUR SIDE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE IN GOOD CONDITION & WELL PACKAGED WHEN THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY. All shipping will be completed within 30 business days after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when their item(s) have been shipped, how they were shipped, and how many packages they will be receiving. All our shipping is done through the UPS or USPS unless large items or otherwise directed. Please note that shipping times are getting longer during peak shipping season.
WINNING BIDDER TAKES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. All winning bidders within 100 miles of Ellis KS are considered local pickup unless the winning bidder contacts Premier Auction Company for shipping. If you are a local buyer we will email you with the pickup address within 24 hours after the auction is closed.
Out of State Buyers & WINNING BIDS left past pickup date Will Have Their Items mailed out through USPS or UPS. A second charge for shipping and handling will be placed on the credit/debit on file with HiBid.
WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED ARE SUBJECT TO USPS OR UPS POSTAGE AND A $5 HANDLING CHARGE PER SMALL MAILING BOX. LARGER BOXES WILL BE SHIPPED MOST OFTEN UPS WITH A $10 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WILL BE CHARGED ON A SECOND CHARGE TO YOUR HiBid DEBIT/CREDIT CARD FOR POSTAGE AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE.
Example: If you buy 5 lots that fit into one smaller mailing box you will only be charged $5 for handling plus the actual shipping cost (plus insurance if necessary) through usps or ups.
2nd Example: You buy 5 lots that fit into one small box and one large box. You will be charged $15 for handling plus the actual shipping cost (plus insurance if necessary) through usps or ups.

By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. Premier Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. All items are subject to a 15% Buyers Premium. All items that are picked up locally and shipped in the state of Kansas are subject to 6.5% Kansas Sales Tax. We will take credit card, local good check, or cash for local pick up. $30 Return fee for bad check. ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR AND REMOVED 1 WEEK AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIMES WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE FINAL PICK UP TIME HAS EXPIRED.
This auction will soft close on Tuesday beginning at 7 PM Central Time. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. Timed auctions use a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. If there is a bid in the last minute of a timed auction, the item will remain open for an additional two minutes after the latest bid, this is not the case in a simulcast live auction. Premier auction Company reserves the rights to postpone, delay, or change time on this and any auction we have.
