STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING:
The first item of the auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM CST on October 15th, 2024 .
LOAD OUT/PICK UP: Wednesday - Saturday from 10am-4pm.
Alternate pick-up arrangements are made with the auction company by calling (785) 248-0170.
Auction company will have a 85hp Tractor w/ Loader and a 65hp Skid Steer on site to assist buyers with loading, heavy items.
SHIPPING: We will load shipping that you have arranged.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10%, 4% Cash or Equivalent Discount.

SALES TAX: 8% sales tax on all applicable purchases. Exemptions for those with reseller's certificate and agricultural purchases approved by the Kansas Department of Revenue.
TITLES: Will be mailed 10-14 business days after the auction has concluded.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
GUNS & AMMO: Kansas residents only and there is no shipping, local pick-up only. No credit card processing on guns. $20 Admin Fee Per Gun. ATF transfer form will be filled out when picked up. Stays on File with Auction Company.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to charge the Credit Card on file or sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Barnyard Auctions LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Barnyard Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR BARNYARD AUCTIONS LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary Barnyard Auctions LLC.
