Pick up is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday, June 27 and Friday, June 28. Shipping is available on almost all lots. **We are usually very busy at the opening of pick up. You may have to wait** There should be plenty of parking at our location.
**Important Pick-Up Information:**
Please take note of the following important instructions to ensure a smooth pick-up process:
1. Forfeiture Policy:
- Any items not picked up will be forfeited at the end of the pick-up period unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us before the pick-up period concludes if you are unable to pick up your items.
- In case of inclement weather, additional pick-up hours will be scheduled.
2. Storage Limitations:
- We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide storage for items. Ensure timely pick-up to avoid forfeiture.
3. Shipping Guidelines:
- Shipping is available for items that are marked “shippable.”
- We primarily ship small, non-fragile, and easy-to-ship items. Glassware and large artwork cannot be shipped.
- Lots not approved for shipping may be subject to forfeiture or increased fees.
- Please allow for up to two weeks for shipping.
- Payment is due in advance of shipping.
4. Item Conditions and Testing:
- All items are sold "as is," and most are used, so expect some wear.
- Items are not tested unless otherwise noted. Buyer is responsible for testing any items onsite before removing the item from the pick-up location.
- No refunds are issued once an item leaves the pick-up location.
5. Lot Descriptions and Photos:
- Always review lot descriptions and inspect photos for details on wear and tear.
- Invoices are sent within 24 hours after the auction ends.
6. Invoice and Pick-Up Responsibility:
- If you do not receive an invoice, check your junk mail and add "sales@junkytown.shop" to your safe list.
- You are 100% responsible for checking/receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time.
- Be proactive in contacting us if you have questions or need a copy of your invoice.
7. Bidder Responsibilities:
- Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. Each bidder receives an invoice copy.
- Ensure you leave with all your items; check off each item on the invoice during pick-up.
- Items listed as working or tested must be verified onsite.
8. Refund Policy:
- We do not issue refunds once the item leaves the pick-up location or after pick-up ends.
9. Important Dates:
- The internet-only auction runs from Saturday, June 8 to Tuesday, June 25.
- The first lot closes at 7 PM on Wednesday night.
- A 9% buyer's premium and 7.75% sales tax applies.
10. Other Notes.
- We reserve the right to remove items before the auction closes.
- We reserve the right to add reserves and cancel bids for items after the auction starts.
