Please do not bid if you do not understand auction terms or procedures as you are legally responsible to pay for every bid that you win and pick up your purchases per the terms of this agreement. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. PHOTOS & ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: Photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible. Note: photos may or may not fully represent the item as lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo. Auction Software used by Lynch Auction Co. will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. PAYMENT & PICKUP We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Card (with 4% surcharge). We will not charge buyers cards immediately following the auction. Buyers can pay with cash or a with a good check at pickup. If you wish to pay by card please email lynchauctioncollc@gmail.com stating pay with card including your name, phone number, and address. All items must be picked up and paid for on the stated pickup date for this sale. All invoices left unpaid after the pickup date will be charged to the bidders card on file. Bidders have 30 days to claim their purchased items or they will be resold or discarded. It is the bidders responsibility to claim their items within 30 days. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they believe the item will meet their satisfaction.
