BY REGISTERING TO BID, BIDDERS ARE AGREEING TO SAID TERMS & CONDITIONS.** Terms & Conditions: Auction: Online from Sunday, November 19, 2023, 12:01 a.m. through 7:00PM CST Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Please note: With online bidding, we will be utilizing a soft close which means if anyone bids with a minute or less remaining, the auction will continue until no more bids are received. Property Address is: 512 W, May St., Avoca, IA 5521 Registering to Bid: Prospective Buyers register to bid by going to Menke-Auction.hibid.com and when successfully registered they agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Auction. Prospective Buyers must be registered online by no later than 5:00PM on Monday December 11th to ensure bidding approval.
