Please do not bid if you do not understand auction terms or procedures as you are legally responsible to pay for every bid that you win and pick up your purchases per the terms of this agreement. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Lynch Auction Co.. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. All items must be picked up and paid for on the stated pickup date for this sale. All invoices left unpaid after the pickup date will be charged to the bidders card on file. Bidders have 15 days to claim their purchased items or they will be resold or discarded. It is the bidders responsibility to claim their items within 15 days. SHIPPING All out of state invoices will be charged immediately following the sales end.
