Address will be posted at the top of the Invoice that will be sent out the following business day! All items must be removed from the home on the pickup date which is posted to the top of all invoices. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items left at the home will result in forfeiture of the items that were purchased with NO REFUNDS. The pickup date will be January 8, 2025 from 3-6pm - the actual property address will be disclosed to purchasers upon payment. This sale consists of 2 separate physical locations, and each auction lot will list which site they are located at. The items sold in this auction are subject to South Dakota sales tax, please take that into consideration when bidding. There is no loading assistance at the site - please bring help and equipment necessary to obtain your items. There is no shipping available on this auction. All items are sold as-is, where is- please inspect to the extent you deem necessary and rely on your own judgement when bidding. There is no power at the pick up location, please take that into consideration when planning pick up and loading arrangements - there is no yard or garage lights available and sunset is around 5pm.
