1. All goods purchased must be settled for within 3 days following the ending of the auction, and before any item is picked up or shipped. Risk and title pass to the purchaser when the auction accepts the successful bid. Possession remains with the auction company until the goods are paid for in full. 2. All items are sold 'as is, where is' and no warranties implied or guarantees expressed or otherwise exists unless announced by the auction company. The auction company accepts no responsibility for errors in description: it being the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods online before the auction and satisfy themselves as to the condition, identity, age and authenticity. Auction company's description of the items is only to be used as a guideline. 3. All registered bidders are personally liable and financially responsible for any and all bids placed online within their respective bidding number. By virtue of accepting terms and conditions of sale, you are agreeing to pay the winning bid amount in addition to the buyer’s fee and GST (if applicable) within the timeline dictated by MEDHAT Bids.com. Bid amounts do not include GST. 4. Goods left on the premises after 5pm of the last pickup date, may become liable for a minimum storage fee of $5 per day, per item and or resold without notice to the purchaser. Any deficiencies will be charged to the purchaser. After 5pm on the last pickup day the credit/ debit card used to register to bid on the auction will be charged the total hammer price plus premiums and GST (if applicable). At 10 days after the last pickup day items will be automatically forfeited to the auction company to do with as auction company deems fit. The purchaser is responsible for picking up or arranging pick up for all purchased items. Shipping can be arranged at the cost of the purchaser plus a $5.00 fee (see ITEM 12 below), by emailing medhatbidsgmail.com and have the auction company ship items through Canada Post. 5. Any and all purchases under this bid number are the sole responsibility of the purchaser named herein. 6. A valid credit card may be required to register for timed auctions/ online bidding and may be subject to a $1.00 fee to authorize the card. 7. The auctioneer/ auction company reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and bidders and shall always control the bidding. 8. Registered bidders must have the correct and valid: address, phone number, first and last name, and valid credit card. The auction reserves the right to reject bidders based on invalid or inaccurate registered information and/or not being able to confirm info with the auction. 9. In the case of the bidder being blocked from the auction, the bidder down will become the leading bid on said item as the last accepted bid. 10. Credit card surcharge of 3%. No surcharge for cash or email transfer. (preferred method) 11. We ship in Canada and the United States ONLY. All Shipping Costs will be added to the final Hammer Price including Buyers Premium and $5.00 Fee (See Item 12 below). The item purchased will be shipped after payment has been completed. 12. $5.00 Handling Fee Explanation: The $5.00 handling fee is to cover costs of Shipping Materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc) it is charged at $5.00 per Shipping Container, Not $5.00 per lot purchased. Some larger purchases may require more than one shipping container so may require more than one $5.00 Fee. We are very frugal to make the shipping costs as low as possible and will contact the buyer if clarity or a lower shipping option is available. 13. Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.
