All auctions are online bidding only. We will accept credit cards, paypal, venmo, or cash, and will be due upon the close of the auction. If you choose to pay cash and you do not pick up and pay for your items by the last day of pickup, we will charge your credit card on file for settlement. Items paid for and not picked up will be auctioned in the next auction without a refund . Customers will need to register and bid online. It is FREE to register and bid - but you will need to register with a valid CC. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties - sales are final. **Shipping for items under 20 pounds individually or collectively and 24X24X24 is being offered. Shipping is the price via USPS plus $5.00 handeling fee. Please allow up to 5 business days after the auction ends for shipping to start. Please let us know if shipping is needed. Items will not be shipped unless we are notified.**
**IMPORTANT** READ THIS --> . ALL items not picked up, will be donated or auctioned in the JERK section at the bottem of the item list. Please pick up items during designated pick up hours only. No appointment is needed for pick up during pick up hours. Pick up is not available at any other time unles an appointment has been made and only if payment has been recieved. Please don't email stating you will be here in 15 minutes to pick up your items. This is not an appointment. Your items will not be here. NO refunds will be given for lost and abandoned items. Any credit card disputes will be charged a $500 dispute fee, in addition to the winning bid. Please do not bid if you are not serious. Behavior of that form takes away from other bidders and wastes our time, and will not be tolerated.
Once a bid is placed it can not be withdrawn. Winners will be emailed the address once payment is made. We have the right to decline bids at our discretion and for any reason. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of auction ending, please check all Spam/Junk folders. If no invoice has been received please email us. HiBid emails have been known to get lost in the shuffle.

Any winning bids from the above listed states will be refunded to the buyer. Please do not bid on ammunition if you reside in the states listed. Unfortiunately we will not be able to ship ammunition to you.
