NOTICE - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
Invoices will be sent winning bidders on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Invoice WILL NOT include shipping as each winning bidder's lots are custom packed. Shipping charges will be added in the days following the initial invoice. Buyer's credit cards on HiBid and LiveAuctioneers will typically be charged within 3-5 days after the auction It may be neccesary to pay for shipping separately if not included at that time.
Freeman Yoder Auctions will NOT accept payment over the telephone by credit card for lots purchased containing coins, bullion or jewelry. We will accept personal and business checks, cashier's check, bank wire transfers ONLY.
If bidder is paying by check or wire, we reserve the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared our bank.
If paying by wire, please add a $25.00 wire transfer fee.
For other purchases, we only accept credit cards with US billing addresses. If paid via credit card, the items can only be shipped to the billing address of the card. If paying by wire or check, lots can be shipped anywhere customer desires. All credit card purchases are subject to specific fees depending upon where utilized. Online card purchases through AuctionZip, HiBid and LiveAuctioneers are subject to the particular platform's credit card terms and fees. When calling on the telephone to our office with a card number, that purchase will incur a 4% fee on top of the total.
SHIPPING
We have in-house shipping and generally use UPS and USPS. We charge for boxes, packing material and time. If a package exceeds 70lbs or is too large for either carrier to pick up, freight services are required. Estimates for freight can take time to acquire and can be costly. If items are marked PICK UP ONLY, NO SHIPPING, do not bid unless planning on picking up.
Bidders must be registered with internet auction platform of choice (AuctionZip, Hi-Bid, LiveAuctioneers) or in-person at our Auction Center.
No bidder may retract a bid that has been submitted online. We do not have the ability to cancel anyone's bids that are placed on LiveAuctioneers, HiBid or AuctionZip.
Each bidder is responsible for all bids transmitted from such Registered Bidder's computer or from such Registered Bidder's account for the Online Auction Platform. If a winning bid is sent from the computer of a Registered Bidder, or from a Registered Bidder's account for the Online Auction Platform, such Registered Bidder will be the Buyer, unless the same bid has been taken by the auctioneer from the floor. Floor bids take precedence over internet bids.
Firearms will only be shipped to the address of a current Federal Firearms LIcense (FFL) holder as well as ammunition in some states. We follow individual state laws regarding these items. Do not bid on any firearms or ammunition if this is a problem for you.
Through AuctionZip, Credit card payments for firearms, ammunition, weapons and whatever else the AuctionZip payment processor deems restricted, must be made over the telephone, through separate online invoice or check by mail.
We are set up to take online payments for restricted items through LiveAuctioneers and HiBid.
