Online buyers premium of 10% per item sold to online bidders.
Payment:
Valid Credit Card Required for bidding approval.
All online bidders will be invoiced after completion of auction, through the email address registered with.
Cash, Good check, Credit Card accepted with a 4% fee, or wire transfer accepted with a $15 transfer fee added to total invoice.
All cards on file will be charged for all remaining unpaid invoices, at the end of the stated load out day.
No items will be released until payment is made in full.
Titles:
Once you are the winning bidder on an item with a title attached and payment is made in full, all paperwork will be completed by Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC. All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid.
Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC (LALLC) reserves the right to hold all titles if paid by check for 14 days, until funds are secured. If we do not have possession of the title upon time of the auction, it will be stated in description of the cataloged lots. We will send the title out as soon as we have possession of the title. All titles are sent USPS and certified. A signature will need to be provided at time of delivery.
Pick Up:
Shipping & Pick Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up within stated load out days (unless other arrangements have been made)
Items not picked up after stated load out dates, will be forfeited (unless other arrangements have been made)

All items are sold "as-is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, we make no guarantees, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. Assets are subject to additions and deletions. You may contact us to preview the items.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect items conditions & authenticity prior to bidding. We strongly suggest bidders to examine any items they are interested in before the auction takes place. Preview is Monday, Sept. 23rd 3-6pm cst
