Auction will open for bidding Monday November 4th & Close Saturday November 16th. Closeing will begin with a "Soft Close" starting at 11:00am EST / 10:00am CST, bidding within the last minute before the closing of that item will extend the bidding time by an additional 30 seconds. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on that item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing there bid. Preview is online or by appoitment only! Items can be picked up at the location given and must be removed within 6 days of auction by Saturday November 23rd. No Exceptions!. Pick up hours during the week and are by appointment only! CLOSED SUNDAYS! Everything is sold as is where is! Your items that will need to be shipped will be taken to a local shipping company to be shipped at your expence! Items that are not picked up within the alotted time frame will revert back to the orginal owner. Also if your're out of state we will assume that you will need your itemes shipped to you please advise us prompyly!
