The 11 city lots will be offered via Public Auction, Oct 10 at 10:00am at the Paragould Community Center, 3403 Linwood Dr, Paragould, AR. The parcels will be offered using the "Buyers Choice" auction method, and the high bidder taking a limit of one parcel during each choice. "Buyer's Choice" auctioning will continue until all parcels have been closed. Parcels will then be offered in their entirety; therefore, all parcels stand the potential as selling as a whole. If a bidder choses to bid higher than the combined sum of all parcels, then the final sale will be as a whole. If no one bids higher than the combined sum, all parcels final sale will be individually to each high bidder.
Internet Premium: 5% added to purchase price, Plus 3.5% credit card fee for Internet buyers only. Properties sold as is, no warranties. All bids are final.
Participation Requirements: Registration for this auction will cease at 10:00am Wednesday, October 9 (24 hours prior to live auction) for bid permissions.
