ONLINE AUCTION ENDING TIMES – This online auction is a TIMED EVENT. Staggered times begin with Lot# 1, and the auction site will keep you posted on the ending time for each item. Any bid cast with 1 minutes prior to closing will extend the time an additional 1 minutes from the time posted. The auto-extend time feature is in effect until no bids are received in the final 1 minutes. BE CERTAIN TO WATCH YOUR ITEMS WITHIN THE FINAL MINUTES OF THE AUCTION
COMPUTER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES – If there are technical issues with the server, software or any other connections with this online auction, Menzel Auto Sales reserves the right to extend the closing time, continue with the current terms of the auction, or close the auction if the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner. HI-BID nor Menzel Auto Sales can be held responsible for any bid not registered on any lot. In the event of a software issue, notices will be posted on this auction web site .
CONDITION OF PROPERTY - All property is being sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN NOTED ON THE AUCTION SITE FOR EACH ITEM. There will be NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or ADJUSTMENTS. The property in this online auction may be inspected at the time and place listed at the top of this page. THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY IS UPON THE BIDDER/BUYER TO INSPECT EACH ITEM TO THEIR SATISFACTION. PAYMENT & PICK UP OF ITEMS - PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY 72 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE.
There is NO SHIPPING available for any items In this Auction. Pickup for this Auction is no later than 7 days after auction ends. Buyers may pay by Cash, or cashiers check at the pick up time. Any item not picked up and paid for by this allotted time will be subject to a 50$ a day storage fee. Any items left longer than 30 days if forfeited. THERE IS NO REFUND ON ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. All items must be paid before scheduling pick-up time!
MAS Auction will have personnel on the grounds to accept payment, provide receipts and assist with the loading of items. Again, there is NO SHIPPING available on this Auction.
JURISDICTION - Any legal issue between Menzel Auto Sales, its’ agents or representatives, will be resolved in the proper Court of Jurisdiction in Oklahoma County, OK.
PERMITTED BIDDING - This is an Absolute Online Auction. Any person with the exception of the owner or anyone acting on the owners behalf, may bid. Auction company owners, employees or agents are permitted to bid in this Auction.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - If a BIDDER/BUYER defaults on a purchase, MAS auctions will prosecute with a $5,000 penalty possible, AND/OR permanently ban the bidder/buyer from registering for any future HI-BID Auction.
