Storage Any lots remaining uncollected after 10 business days following the completion of the sale are subject to a $5 per day storage fee. Payment Payment is required by the Buyer within 3 days immediately following the completion of the sale. The Buyer agrees to pay the hammer price plus the buyer's premium as well as any applicable sales tax.
